Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected instead, or any feedback you want to share.

This is the only required field.

Add your email if you want a reply. We will only use it for this support request.

Up to 3 files. Supported: screenshots, .txt, .log, .json, and .zip. Max 10 MB per file.

What to include

Please include as much detail as possible to help us understand the context and reproduce the issue. Ideally include all of the following:

  • application version and macOS version
  • device model, approximate year, and any vendor or product ID if you know it
  • whether the issue is repeatable
  • a screenshot visualizing the issue if possible
  • any other detail you think will help us understand the context

We appreciate the details, but please do not feel obligated to include everything. We will do our best to understand the issue and reproduce it.

What happens after you submit

  • We review every submission manually. We may send a short confirmation that we received it, and we may reply if we need more detail or have a workaround.
  • If you include an email address, we may follow up with questions, workarounds, or a note when a related fix ships.
